More than 180 members of San Diego’s creative community came out to celebrate a night under the stars at Panama 66, the new beer bar at the San Diego Museum of Art.

“We had an amazing turnout this year for AIGA San Diego’s 25-year anniversary party. It was really great to see so many designers come out to celebrate the accomplishments of the San Diego AIGA chapter,” said Membership Chair Katherine Yee. “We had great food and drinks from Panama 66 and delicious cupcakes made by Cassie Hooper, with beautiful Balboa Park and the California Tower as the backdrop.”

Speaking of cupcakes, AIGA member and Education Co-chair Cassie Hooper baked 200 cupcakes and decorated them: typography perfection in frosting.
