AIGA SD Portfolio Review is tailor-made for the dreamers, believers and creative thinkers who are finishing school, changing careers or looking to grow their skill set.
Created specifically for people in graphic design, branding, UX/UI, and digital design, AIGA SD Portfolio Review virtually connects emerging designers with local design leaders. In 15-minute consultations, participants receive one-on-one guidance on their digital or physical portfolios that can set them up for success.

What to Know Beforehand:
- Your portfolio should be digital (PDF, Behance, website, scans)
- No need to download Zoom (on desktop) or even sign up for an account (Zoom web client)
- Zoom link will be provided one day before the review
- Log into Zoom at the start time (give the reviewers time to log on 15 minutes before start time)
- External mic optional, internal mic will work fine
- Webcam encouraged (the face-to-face experience is important)
- Take screenshots, post them to social media and tag @AIGASANDIEGO #portfolioreview (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
- Giving and receiving reviews can be tough, here’s some good advice for both sides of the screen.
