AIGA Design For Good kicks off its first year in San Diego!
First, listen to an inspirational presentation on living beyond your brand by Madison “Peach” Steiner
. Then, design the very first postcards created for Peach's Pen Pal Project. This brand-new program developed by AIGA San Diego, Design for Good provides sets of postcards to hospitalized or disabled children. These cards can be colored and sent to other children with disabilities in Peach's Pen Pal Project.
By attending this event you can make this exchange happen - promoting positive social impact.
*Proceeds from the event will be used to purchase crayons, colored pencils, sharpeners + postage for the Postcard Program.
Refreshments: Dessert bar with lemonade and water, during break. (Have dinner before you come!)

Your chance to make a difference.
Attendees will be invited to pick up a pen and create simple shapes, swirls, pictures and numbers that will be reproduced as color-in postcards for Peach’s Pen-Pal Project.
Share a donation for the kids.
We'll be accepting donations: forever USA postage stamps, 8 pack of crayons, 12 pack of colored pencils + small pencil sharpeners to go along with the set of postcards.
