When you think of design, an ad agency or design firm is most likely to be top of mind, but more and more, top creative talent continues to migrate to in-house corporate environments. What’s the attraction? This spring, AIGA Orange County launches its first INitiative with Boeing, to bring together in-house agency creative directors from the Southern California creative community.

A discussion panel with top Creative Directors and Designers from Boeing, Nickelodeon, Oakley, Taco Bell, and Google will share their experiences working in in-house environments. Each will bring a sample of an in-house project, and a moderator will help navigate the attraction of in-house, how is it different from advertising agencies and design firms, and answer questions from the audience.
