Software builds the nervous system of a space. It’s what turns programmed behaviors into physical action. If a technology master plan is missing from the original concept and design stages of a project, the final experience will lack integration. Flavia Sparacino PhD, CEO of creative technology agency Sensing Places, will run through the concepts and designs of her 10,000 ft² Vodafone Customer Experience Center project. Her team provided the experience design, architectural design, and custom-tailored software development and integration that enabled an experiential customer journey.
