All levels of experience, age and fitness are welcome. We'll hike in moderation for this 4.4 mile out-and-back to enjoy the outdoors, some good conversations, and a sense of accomplishment after climbing the “Stairways to Heaven."

Then, meet us Saturday morning, February 27, 9am at the Jackson Drive trailhead on Mission Gorge Road, at the foot of Jackson Drive. Park in the parking lot. Look for the AIGA sign.
AIGA hikers will leave the meeting point promptly at 9:15am.

Directions:
From Interstate 8: Take 8 to the Mission Gorge/Fairmount exit. Turn right onto Mission Gorge Road. Continue on Mission Gorge Road for 3 miles. Turn left at Jackson Drive into the parking lot. The trailhead starts here from the parking lot.
From Highway 52: Take Highway 52 east toward El Cajon and exit at Mast Boulevard. Turn left onto Mast, and then make a right turn onto Mission Gorge Road. Continue on Mission Gorge Road for 3 miles. Turn right at Jackson Drive into the parking lot. The trailhead starts here from the parking lot.
