Hike Blue Sky Ecological Reserve, Poway

It's the New Year and the days are already hurrying by, but let's regroup, enjoy nature, burn some holiday calories and share some creative conversations. Blue Sky Ecological Reserve is just north of Lake Poway, and contains a beautiful mix of wetlands, oak woodland, coastal sage scrub and chaparral habitats. Our trail runs through the reserve, leading up to the Lake Ramona Dam. The first half of this hike is flat and the second half involves some steep climbing. View, snack, and a victory photo await on the top!
