Design for Democracy

Join the campaign – design a poster today.

Design for Democracy is based on the premise that good design makes your choices clear. Join us in 2026 to help get out the vote in your community for crucial midterm elections.

GOTV posters designed by AIGA members are available for printing and public distribution by all. For the 2026 Get Out the Vote (GOTV) campaign, AIGA is partnering with the League of Women Voters to amplify its call for posters so nonprofit organizations and election officials can access resources.

AIGA SDTJ LINK Program Continues

Thank you to the Coyne Family Foundation for supporting LINK.

Because of their continued support, AIGA SDTJ has been able to serve over 1200 youth in San Diego through our LINK program – breaking down barriers to creative education for students who have a passion for design.

The Richard and Jean Coyne Family Foundation has funded programs to assist underrepresented young people from economically disadvantaged backgrounds to develop portfolios and qualify for admission to art school, as well as provide college scholarships for the study of graphic design, advertising, photography and illustration.

About Our Chapter:
Two Regions, One Passion

We are the home for graphic designers in San Diego and Tijuana. As AIGA’s only binational chapter, we aim to do things differently here. Whether you’re a design student, a professor, or a seasoned professional, welcome!
