This month, we'll be headed over to Helia Brewing Company in Vista. The brewery takes its name after the Greek Goddess of sun, which perfectly compliments its spirited connection to the sun-kissed California of the 1970's. This crew prides themselves on their warm, golden state of mind and offers its guests a truly playful and unique artistic experience—oh, and great beer!
