For the Love of Letters – Intermediate Workshop

For the Love of Letters is a two-part Summer Calligraphy Workshop. In the Intermediate workshop, this class focuses on Copperplate capital letters. You'll begin with quietly elegant forms and then progressing on to learning how to add more curves and additional shading for dramatic effects. Those with prior pointed pen lettering experience need not have to take the beginner's class to take Part II.

You can skip the beginners workshop and enter the intermediate workshop if you have had prior experience in dip pen and ink lettering or if you are self-taught and would like help improving where you are at with your skills. 

Water and a light snack will be provided for a break, there is no food allowed in the USD classrooms, so please plan accordingly.
